9 Powerful Thoughts on ‘How to be Irreplaceable’ [Part 7]

Lest we forget…

We have been at it for a while now on this important subject of how to be irreplaceable. If you are asking yourself this question: How can I be Irreplaceable?, then a quick recap will help you.

“To be irreplaceable simply means to show up at your very best, doing all that you can possibly do to deploy the MOST of the potential that God has placed in you”

  • To be irreplaceable has more to do with being than it has with doing
  • Anybody anywhere can be irreplaceable by just being at best, the constant version of themselves [Tweet That]
  • To be irreplaceable means that you are not the best in a competition, but that you dominate in your purpose

So far, we have seen 4 Ways of Being Irreplaceable.

You know you are on the path of being irreplaceable if you..

  1. Know the Meaning of ‘Irreplaceable’
  2. Study Your Difference
  3. Conquer Yourself
  4. Know Who Your Audience is
  5. Know What You are Poor at

Today we continue with this conversation by looking at one more way that you can become irreplaceable.

  1. Learn to Appreciate the Law of Process:

Yes, we should not re-invent the wheel, but that does not mean that most of the things we do should be a function of copying and pasting! Plagiarism, cheating and ‘shortcutting’ is in-authenticity in action, and there is now way that you can make impact and be irreplaceable if you do not pay the price that is accrued on honoring processes! God did that and still does it, and still honors the law of process.

Becoming is not a Day

Think about it for a minute…God ultimately wants a world filled with His sons and daughters. So what does He do? He reincarnates himself to be fully man and then fulfills all that is needed for someone to qualify to be God’s child. Then He invites any willing human being to accept the price that he paid in order for them to become his children.

Wouldn’t he (or should he) just wave a magic wand and all His wishes are fulfilled? Can He do it? Yes He can, but He won’t because He would be breaking the Law of Process.

A person who understands the first four steps to being irreplaceable will find it so easy to hone their trade, focus on their purpose all the while doing it in obscurity. They are under no pressure to perform. They know that their time will come one day and they will be deemed irreplaceable. Life Signatures

It’s A Journey

If you are going to be irreplaceable, you need to be patient. Understand that it is a journey for the long haul. One who understands the Law of Process will ultimately also understand that to be irreplaceable, one seldom sets out having the  main goal as to be irreplaceable. ‘Irreplaceability’ comes as an afterthought, as a byproduct of just focusing on the process. Mohammad Ali was not irreplaceable by just being born (although he had all the make up of being irreplaceable as we all do). Same applies to Micheal Jordan, Neil Armstrong, Moses, Apostle Paul, John Wesley, T.D. Jakes, Barack Obama and many other great souls. These great irreplaceables worked with the Law of Process to come to full maturity of being irreplaceable.

Failure is an Option:

Of necessity, process also denotes the fact that there will be ups and downs. These are the very cycles that birth a well rounded irreplaceable person. Elsewhere, I have talked about loving obscurity, and this is where the Law of Process works best.

In the meantime, they are not unhappy because of the process. They are not jumping from one ship to another, trying this and that, starting this and that without finishing. They are staying put, knowing that process is the vehicle through which the destination of ‘irreplaceability’ will be realized.
